Zero to Profitable Franchise Program Agreement

(“You”, “Yourself” or “Your”) enter into this agreement (“Agreement”) as of

1. You are purchasing the right to participate in the Zero to Franchise Coaching and Franchise Brokerage Program (“Program”) whereby Our employee, Tariq Johnson (“Tariq”) will provide high level private coaching and/ or franchise brokerage services to You (“Program”). The Program includes the following:

Risk Free Trial: We offer a 14- day money back guarantee. If you don’t feel confident that you can buy the right franchise after 14 days of using our system, we’ll refund your money.*

For payment plans, the first install payment will be defined as the purchase being made, and remitting payment for the program.

- You must have attended a discovery day/ meet the team day with all 3 of the franchise brands.

- You must request the refund within 90 days of signing up for the Zero to Profitable Franchise Program.

- One of our brokers will work with you to look for brands specifically within their inventory to introduce to you.

- If you have been working with our franchise broker for 18 months, the franchise broker reserves the right to cease working with you. If that happens, we will assign you to another broker.

Limits on weekly mastermind calls: Your success will depend on Your commitment, participation, and accountability to Yourself and the Program. You are responsible for scheduling and completing each private coaching call with your Franchise Broker. There will be no makeup calls for the weekly group mastermind if you miss a call. If you miss a group mastermind call you will be provided access to the recordings, and you can watch or listen to it at your leisure. You are responsible for your own technology, fees, and related requirements for connecting with your any employees, affiliates, or contractors of Dream Life Mastery LLC.

4. You acknowledge and understand that the methods, processes and strategies taught in the Program constitute our proprietary system (“Proprietary System”) which are confidential, and for which We claim full copyright protection and other intellectual property rights protection. We have spent considerable time and effort developing the Program, the Proprietary System and all included materials associated with them, all business coaching strategies taught, and all associated coaching advice. You agree, to maintain the absolute confidentiality of our Program, proprietary system, and materials. You further agree not to duplicate, disseminate, distribute or otherwise disclose any part of the Program to any third parties,for any reason, unless it is part of the Program or unless required by legal process. You further acknowledge that the Proprietary System and the Program are and shall remain Our property and that You shall not infringe upon any part of them and that you will replicate or copy any part of them. You further agree that Your violation of this provision will cause substantial harm to Us and that, in addition to all other remedies, we may seek an injunction without having to post a bond.

6. You consent to, understand, and agree that all sessions,both group or private,may be recorded via the Internet, telephone,or other technology, which You acknowledge is not always secure or reliable. You accept the risks of error, both technological and human, with regard to confidentiality of Your information through the use of email, text, Facebook, posts at tariqjohnson.com, Skype and other uses of technology pursuant to this Agreement. You hereby authorize Us and grant us an exclusive irrevocable license to use Your name, likeness, and image, whether recorded during a live call or event or thereafter, together with all testimonials, content, comments, feedback,suggestions, ideas, text, audio, video, graphics, and other materials that You disclose,submit or communicate to Us in connection with Your participation in the Program. You will, at Our cost, execute any documents to affect, record, or perfect such license.

8. You represent, warrant, and agree that if You are currently in therapy or otherwise under the care of a mental health professional, You have consulted with this person regarding the advisability of working with a life coach or business coach or receiving life and business advice, and that this person is aware of Your decision to proceed with the life or business coaching relationship. You further warrant and agree that the Program will not be used in lieu of professional advice, such as guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, family, relationship, spiritual or other matters, which You will independently seek as You deem appropriate. You understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively Yours and You acknowledge that Your decisions and Your actions regarding them are Your responsibility.

10. By entering into this Agreement, You agree to have read and understand the foregoing provisions, agree that You have consulted with or that You waive Your right to consult with an attorney, and agree to be bound hereby.

12. Modification. No modification or alteration of this Agreement shall be effective unless such modification is in writing and signed by all parties hereto.

14. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PARTIES HERETO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION BROUGHT UNDER OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT. EACH PARTY’S WAIVER IS A MATERIAL INDUCEMENT TO THE OTHER PARTY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.

16. The parties hereto agree that this Agreement, including all exhibits and addenda attached hereto constitutes the entire agreement between and among them with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and that it supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, inducements or conditions, expressed or implied, oral or written. Neither party is relying upon any warranties, representations, assurances or inducements not expressly set forth herein.

18. No provision of this Agreement may be waived except by an agreement in writing signed by each party. No waiver by the parties of any one or more of the terms, covenants, conditions, and agreements of this Agreement shall be deemed to imply or constitute a waiver of any succeeding or other breach hereunder.
